Ok so, Our friend (Maddingscientist) got falsely terminated from an enforcement ban, said he was really confused on why he randomly got terminated, he was at a garden and i think he was connected to the internet and maybe there was someone there who got banned.
We been trying to recover his account ever since he was terminated but roblox rejected every appeal and the human moderators took to long to respond, its been over a month and were still trying to recover his account, now i dont know if it was a bug or if it was intentional because it was just very unexpected, we tryed almost everything but it seems like nothings working, is there anything that we could do to get his account back?

you can have them provide evidence they were on a public network and the account (nor the network)was their personal account or network. U can use ip adresses, and have ur friend provide their ip adress of the wifi they normally play on, and tell roblox to check the emails attached to the accounts
