I don’t understand? The image of the heart at the bottom looks alike the one in the bottom left of the top picture.

If you want to have the outline and the inner color, you’ll need to make that part of the image wherever you have created it, or use another smaller heart to fill in the inside. Then to get the white space outside of the heart to disappear you just need to set the background transparency to 1. You can’t make the frame become the shape of the heart.

If the inside of the heart is part of the image (and not transparent, making it the background color), you can simply change the ImageColor3 property to change the inside of the heart. The outline will not be affected because it’s black.
First the image should have transparent background and if you already have that and still isn’t transparent then it’s because of the BackgroundTranspareny property. Even if the image is transparent the background has to be transparent too.

You should adjust the original image so it fills the entire frame.

You could make the inside of the heart white with whatever software you used to create it, and then alter the ImageColor3 property to whichever color you choose when you need it. While the interior changes, the black outline will remain black.
If you want to make the interior section transparent at times, you’ll need to create a second image (also white so that you could change the color at any time) and place it properly such that changing the Visible property should do the trick.
