Helicopter System | Don't know where to start

Hello,

I am going to make an advanced helicopter system but I really just don’t know how to start.
I have most of the Scripting Knowledge for it but I do not know where and how to start.

I am wondering if there are any specific things I should start with first for a helicopter system.
I am not asking for scripts. I just need to know where to start and where to end (what features, functions, etc…)

Maybe focus on the GUI first then the actual control.

I suggest having the Thrust and Lift movements done first.
