As you can see on this gif, what i’m trying to do, you can see there’s a white background stars, I want to make, that with a frame, like clip descendants, it shows the image

I would like the frame doesn’t affect the yellow stars, so when I resize it, the stars which are out of the frame, due to clip descendants, doesn’t show, any idea? IDK if you understand
