Help! How do these people get such good lighting?

I want good lighting on Roblox, but I just don’t know how to do it.



For example, I want lighting like this. (from The Reactor )

I’ve looked through countless posts and tutorials, and none of them teach me how to achieve this good lighting.

i think you need post processing effects like colorcorrection for this and just experiment with the lighting and effects properties until you get what you want

you would probably alter depthofField properties because i see they are a bit blurry far away

you should attempt to get that lighting by yourself instead of relying on posts and tutorials

Looks like normal lighting, I think darkness around makes it look good. They probably also used meshes with proper normal maps.

Materials, roughness specifically, play a huge role. On the “METU” sign for example, you can see it’s very matte and light floods it nicely.

Elttob Relight is free now; it’s an amazing tool for skeletoning lighting and refining final look like this.

I know this is solved but always try to remember to use the entire lighting, every property matters! (especially colorshifttop for outdoors stuff)
