I’ve been wondering again why is my one-time emails and password reset emails not coming through my alt account.
For context, I know the email hasn’t changed it’s just that Roblox’s bad emailing system is blacklisting my email from getting anything that can reset my password or get me inside my account. I also have no other devices to log myself in on
This happened to me as well. It’s not really talked about, unfortunately.
I resolved it by contacting Roblox Support, asking them to forcefully change my email to a “non-blacklisted” one. It may take a few tries.
I have no idea why it happens or how to fix it. I’m not sure anybody does.
