Help resetting 2FA to email

    I want to reset my 2FA to email.

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    I previously set it to Authenticator, but later on, my codes were reset due to an update, and I haven’t saved any backup codes. This is an issue because I need the codes from the authenticator to change my 2FA to email.

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    I tried emailing support@roblox.com about it and I haven’t gotten a response after two months. I’m not even sure if it is the right email at this point. I’ve also filled in the support form numerous times to no avail. (When I try to be transferred to the support team, I get told by the AI that ‘we don’t have enough information to verify the ownership of your account’ when I’ve verified my email and phone number on my account, and the recommended way to verify ownership is to add and verify my email address to help with future ownership verification)

Contact Roblox Support, they are able to assist you after you explain the situation and things already tried

That’s probably because this email doesn’t exist. You need to go to:

If they are not able to assist you then your out of luck, Roblox Support is the only way for you to disable 2 step. I personally had the same experience and disabled 2 step within a few hours

Good luck trying to recover your account, one thing you could try is to use the catagory “How to - Other” to not get redirected to the AI Chat
