Help - UGC item shoulder pal

Hey Developers!

I’m trying to make Roblox UGC item shoulder pal matching my Roblox avatar, but there’s one problem.

Basically, normal shoulder pals doesn’t swing as well with the shoulder. They stay in place. But my shoulder play swing with the shoulder. I have video to visualize what i mean.

I used pretzel friend UGC and My UGC which isn’t published yet. The pretzel has red shirt. My has white. Hopefully you can find the difference between them.

make it a collar part thing or it won’t work. if u use shoulder it wends to shoulder but collar welds to torso
