Help with backgrounds

So I’ve been playing around with GFX for the past few days. I’ve wanted to improve by actually using some nicely done backgrounds, but I’m just not able to produce anything good.

Should I be spending my time learning how to make scenes with blender or make scenes in roblox and texture them later?

What makes a good background? How do you make it blend well with the character?

Anything would be much appreciated.

i think learning using blender is more efficient, as blender is meant to be a scene maker or character and its useful not only for roblox, a good background for me is a background that fits with whats hapenning.

making scenes with blender is better because more practice in blender and you know yeah

idk maybe make the background the lighting (HDRI) for like outdoors gfx
but key details are that if the skin tone is dark make background dark (for like torso gfx with like thos aesthetic backgrounds btw), and try to match the color of the shirt and stuff but a little darker and lighter in different spots. have like gradients but keying in so like one square is this and one square is that and you just really have to experiment with designs also
