Help with downloading studio files

This probably isnt the right section to post this but idk where to post it so
I bought a fort off someone and they sent me the studio file and when I download it it doesn’t come up as a studio file for some reason Capture when I try open it it just says this

Have you tried opening roblox studio and going to file > open from file and selecting it?

Drag the file into a baseplate or any other studio.
