Reduce the protrusions you make to the wall in this model and add windows, it can be a beautiful apartment.

would be nice if you could get close to this picture 
i tried to make a realistic thingy but ion know if i its realistic…Looks good as perhaps a chimney or if you were to make it larger, a clock tower.
I’ll say that when building objects consider to have a few reference images by your side to help you design something that matches the style your going for.
If you’re looking for help with ideas, you could try to your own abilities to turn it into a brooknly house as your structure and layout matches those designs. I would look at other images and see if you could add those important details, regarding try adding ‘grids’ on the windows and place more details to match the reference image as it does lack proper details.
Just to note: have images to get an idea on what you should build next or to gather ideas on a little project you have in mind. Images do help as it would be used for a guide when recreating real life objects.
