Help with lighting "vibration" rendering issue

Hello, I’m just asking the community if they’ve had this issue before, and if it’s a user issue or a rendering issue with the studio engine.

I use future lighting in my project, and have fog particle emitters placed around my region, randomly I get this “vibrating” effect which seems to move the entire lighting system.

I’m unable to find any way of reproducing this issue and am not sure if it’s actually a studio issue or not, so am unable to file a bug report.

Any help is appreciated.
