Hi! I’m currently creating a game kinda similar to Rocitizens. You get a job, get a house, etc… Should I make it so you need to earn XP to get a better job? Or is getting any job at any time better for the rp aspect (houses etc cost money)
In my opinion, I’d like to gain more XP to then unlock different jobs. This would keep players in your game for a longer period of time since it gives them something to achieve. On top of that, they would also be playing x2 more longer once they try out the job they worked hard to apply for.
I’d suggest making three jobs for the players to start off with and they can select which one they’d like to work in as a starting point.
