I’m looking to disable team chat in the new TextChatService and would like some assistance to do so. I have no idea where to start and the AI assistant isn’t much of a help. If anyone has a solution, I would love some help getting this done. Thank you!
Try the CreateDefaultCommands and/or CreateDefaultTextChannels properties.
The only issue with this solution is it disables General as well which is not what I want (unless there is a way to avoid this)
You most likely have to manually setup a general chat channel.
I don’t think there’s another way to disable them.
You have any idea if there is a way to have a UIOrder on the chat UI in that case? I wanna make sure General appears first.

If I had to guess no. Speaking from own experience customizing the chat ui is difficult. Usually what they end up doing is a fully custom gui from the ground up.
