Welcome to Henry’s Cafe! Founded by @forevermvore, Henry’s Cafe is an Italian-inspired Roblox Café. Henry’s Cafe was designed to bring a cozy and calm environment to Roblox, a place for members to relax and enjoy a nice warm drink. Here at Henry’s Cafe, our slogan is “Drinks served freshly since 2024”, inspired of Italy’s beautiful cuisine and heart-warming environment.
Alliance Requirements
Are you interesting into becoming an affiliate for Henry’s Cafe?
Affiliates behold Henry’s Cafe & bring activities such as hosting alliance visits, giving information to one another, and other core aspects that uphold the Café genre. Below, you can allocate a detailed list of all the information necessary to enrol for an alliance here at Henry’s Cafe:
- Your group must not consist of any botted users consisting from the owner—if your group is overly botted (dependent on the size of the group), there is a high chance your alliance request will be declined from our Public Relations team.
- Your group must have a good reputation towards other groups including affiliates and Henry’s Cafe, if you have a bad history—this can include drama, rude staff, & more; this also means your chances of enrolling for an affiliate will significantly decrease.
- Your group must have minimum of 100 members. As stated before, our Public Relations team checks for botted accounts when affiliating. If you are deemed to have botted users in your group, we will exclude those users from your member count.
- Your group must have at least 50 members in your communications server (Discord). If we deem your alliance request to meet our standards, we will ask your representatives to join our communications server.
- Your group must revolve around cafes, restaurants, fast food chains, schools, or any other groups flourishing around the roleplaying environment.
Rank Information
In this category, there is a brief explanation of what each rank does and its purpose to serve in Henry’s Cafe operations. This can be utilised as an insight into what some of these ranks may carry out when it comes to duties.
Valued Customer (∞) - this rank is the first rank involving Henry’s Cafe. Valued Costumers distinguish non-group members between in-group members; possessing the same privileges as Guest.
Noted Customer (∞) - this rank signifies former Higher Ranking members of Henry’s Cafe, contractors, verified users, investors or people who have contributed to Henry’s Cafe significantly.
Affilate Representative (∞) - Affilate Representative’s are representatives of our affiliates. They bestow either a relational rank or are a High Rank at affilated groups & are responsible for the communication, alliance visits & whatnot that occurs at Henry’s Cafe.
Trainee (∞) - this is the first Barista rank, Trainees must learn the basics of the kitchen before enrolling as an offical worker. Trainees cannot make drinks. Trainees can only assist with mopping spills, wiping tables and restocking items.
Junior Barista (∞) - this rank has attended the first training session, Junior Baristas can serve NPC’s, mop spills, wipe tables, restock items, & make drinks & food.
Barista (∞) - this rank means they have attended 2 training session for the rank of “Barista”. This rank means they are more experienced because they have attended 2 training sessions. There is no permission changes from Junior Barista to Barista.
Experienced Barista (∞) - this barista rank means they have attended all 3 training sessions for the role of Experienced Barista. This also means they are the most experienced baristas there are in Henry’s Cafe. This rank is now eligible for Management Intern.
Management Intern (80) - Management Interns have been promoted as an Experienced Barista due to their hard-work, or, they have applied via applications. This rank is the transitioning rank between LR & MR and are required to complete an internship in order to accelerate ranks.
Cafe Assistant (110) - this is the first free-lancing Middle Rank. Middle Ranks are granted with in-game moderation commands, the ability to attend Training Sessions once more & other additional permissions.
Supervisor (80) - Supervisors have been dedicated to their position as a Cafe Assistant and have been promoted because of that. Supervisors are granted the ability to host Training Sessions.
Assistant Manager (65) - Assistant Managers have been exceptionally attentive & professional in the position of Supervisor & have been given Assistant Manager.
General Manager (50) - General Managers have been promoted from Assistant Manager to this prestigious rank. General Managers can start to spectate some of the MR operations & are granted eligibility for Executive Assistant.
Executive Assistant (30) - this rank is the first AHR (Aspirant High Rank) & have been promoted due to their ability to perform substantial professionalism at the Café. Executive Assistants are placed in a substitute department & can now ‘ban’ disrupters at the Café.
Executive Officer (25) - Executive Officers have worked extremely hard in the position of Executive Assistant & are now more substantial in their respective substitute department.
Executive Director (9) - Executive Directors are now the Department Leaders of their respective department. They are responsible for organising their department, & are now eligible for the first HR (High Rank), Corporate Intern.
Corporate Intern (35) - Corporate Interns are now official High Ranks and have essential duties to carry out. They are removed from their selected substitute department, are now in the process of joining one of the main departments & have Super Administrative commands in-game.
Junior Corporate (40) - a Junior Corporate is responsible for carrying out tasks in one the 3 departments: Operations, Human Recourses, or Public Relations. Junior Corporates are also given the ability to oversee during Training Sessions, & further priveliges.
Senior Corporate (30) - Senior Corporates have worked exceptionally hard as a Junior Corporate & have been promoted by their Department Leaders, Overseers, or any member of the Leadership Team.
Head Corporate (20) - Head Corporates are the last High Rank & have shown outstanding effort to their responsibilities & have been given this rank. Head Corporates are given eligibility for Board of Trustees if a spot opens up.
Board of Trustees (6) - being the only SHR (Super High Rank), Board of Trustees are responsible for coordinating or co-leading one of the main departments. Similar to Executive Directors, Board of Trustees are given lots of responsibility, & trust to coordinate their departments.
Development Team (∞) - the Development Team otherwise distinguished as Developers are responsible for working along the Development Directors to build, & script. The Development Team rank is also used as a ranking, or account management.
Development Director (2) - Development Directors are responsible for the entire Development Team. They are people who focus on building, scripting, & other development-related aspects.
Leadership Intern (3) - Leadership Interns are the transitioning rank between Board of Directors. They have been promoted by any Co-Founder+ & have been hired as a member of the Leadership Team. Leadership Interns must on-go mentorship preliminary to becoming a Vice President however.
Vice President (5) - the Vice President’s of Henry’s Cafe are responsible for the establishment of the AHRs (Aspirant High Ranks) & the overseeing of subsidiary departments.
Senior Vice President (4) - Senior Vice President’s have shown clear professionalism & commitment and have been awarded this rank. This rank, like Vice President, is responsible for the management of AHR’s & substitute departments but also are given the duty of supervising the HR (High Rank) team as well.
President (4) - President’s are the overseers one of the 3 main departments rather than the substitute departments. One President will oversee the Leadership Department also referred to at the Compliance Department to organise operations within the Leadership Team more efficiently.
Co-Founder (2) - Co-Founders are responsible for the entirety of the Leadership Team & are the first Senior Leadership Team rank. They work with the Founders very closely assisting them with certain decisions & whatnot.
Founder (2) - the Founder’s of Henry’s Cafe are @forevermvore & @emilyissingleplsget. They oversee the entirety of Henry’s Cafe, assists with certain disruptions, & regulates the establishment as a whole. This rank is unobtainable.
Holder (1) - the Holder rank is the group placeholder & owns the group. The holder account is maintained by the Senior Leadership Team.
General Rulebook
In this there is a rulebook for rules for most of the rules at Henry’s Cafe, additionally, when at the Café as a Barista, use common sense when dealing with disruptive usernames and more—furthermore, this was created to give people a level-headed determination of what our Management Team deem violations.
Bannable violations listed with a / would also be count as a pban (permanent ban) if it is committed on a more detrimental level.
Bannable Rule Violations
Trolling - trolling will result in consequences depending on the severity, trolling sanctions with be decided on the admin. Consequences will usually result in a kick then escalating into a ban.
Attire - everyone is expected to wear appropriate attire when at Henry’s Cafe. You must have clothing that does not leave a major part of your torso or whatnot exposed. Supplementary, any attire that shows graphic/mature content or covers registers, people, or whatnot are prohibited.
/ Disrespectful Behaviour - administrators can issue certain punishment penalties depending of the usernames behaviour. If erratic or really rude, Middle Ranks may contact a member of the Corporate Team to issue a permanent ban.
Trolling at Affiliated Businesses - trolling at any affiliated business is not permitted. This will not be sufficient for a ban unless clear evidence is provided.
/ Advertising - asking people to join a group unrelated to Henry’s Cafe is strictly prohibited. This will result in a ban if on a lower level scale, however, joining on alts after & repeating the action after being banned will result in a pban.
/ Spamming - spamming is prohibited even if intentions are not sinister. Aspirant High Ranks may issue a pban if someone is caught spamming.
/ Trash Talking - trash talking people, alliances, & the Café is strictly prohibited here at Henry’s Cafe. For example saying “you suck” or “this group sucks” will result in a ban. Trash Talking someone on a severe level will result in a permanent ban.
Admin Abusing or Threats in Affiliated Groups - this means having a bad experience with a previous group and have been pbanned there before. If this is the case, Aspirant High Ranks, are allowed to ban the user.
/ Following Roblox’s Terms of Services - you are expected to follow Roblox’s Terms of Services regardless of the conditions. However, violating Roblox’s TOS will usually result in an official platform ban rather than a ban from Henry’s Cafe.
Permanently Bannable Rule Violations
Exploiting - exploiting is when one flys, glitches, or uses non-given administrative commands, this is a dangerous and will need an immediate permanent ban.
Slurring - anyone caught slurring will result in an unappealable permanent ban. As an example, slurs can be used to mock someone’s ethnicity, religion or general culture.
Being Highly Inappropriate - being inappropriate is strictly prohibited at Henry’s Cafe regardless of the conditions. If someone is deemed to be “highly inappropriate”, they will be permanently banned.
Sharing or Leaking Private Information - leaking information, including Middle Rank documents is seriously prohibited. Usernames who persist of this action will be permanently banned without an option to appeal.
Raiding - if the raid consists of two of 2 or more people & is severely disruptive, High Ranks may permanently ban usernames involved in the raid.
Suspicion of Malicious Intent - if you feel someone is going to commit actions such as exploiting, or raiding, report it to a Middle Rank. If they are still acting suspicious after a Middle Rank has spoken to them, Middle Ranks will ban them.
Bypassing - if someone is seen trying to attempt to swear, slur, or say any kind of word Roblox would moderate is a serious violation & High Ranks may issue an immediate permanent ban.
Fat Shaming or Body Shaming - you are not allowed to discriminate against someone because of their virtual appearance as it may not match their physical characteristics. You will be permanently banned if caught fat shaming someone.
There are numerous others punishments that would result in further moderation action which can be found in the handbook as a Google Document rather than this DevForum post. If you are unsure what would count as a sanction, ask any MR+ in-game and they will assist you!

Keep in mind there is no !handto or !give command. You must place their order on the registers, make it, & then it will be sent through to them automatically. Without this, you will not be able to give their item to them!
