The Here and Global chat tabs are missing from my main Roblox account.

In every public experience I have tested, the chat window does not display either the Here or Global tab. I have not found a single public experience where these tabs appear on the affected account.
The issue follows this account across a Windows 10 PC, Android devices (Lenovo tablet and Samsung mobile), and Apple devices.
On the same devices, network and experiences, I can sign into an alternate Australian account that is also age checked as 21+, and the Here and Global tabs appear normally. I have also confirmed this comparison within the same public server.
There is an additional abnormal symptom: in various experiences, messages from other servers (Global chat) still appear in the affected account’s ordinary single chat despite there being no Global tab. Cross-Server Chat therefore appears to be at least partially functioning, while the Here/Global interface is not being presented on this account.
Reproduction steps
- Sign into @DadJakev2.
- Join any supported public experience.
- Open Experience Chat.
- Observe that the Here and Global tabs are absent.
- Sign out and sign into my alternate 21+ age-checked account on the same device and network.
- Join the same experience.
- Open Experience Chat.
- Observe that the Here and Global tabs are displayed normally.
Reproduction rate
100%. The issue occurs continuously on the affected account.
When
I do not know the exact date or time when the issue originally began. It occurs continuously and remains reproducible as of 9 August 2026 AEST (UTC+10).

Troubleshooting already completed
- Confirmed Experience Chat is enabled.
- Disabled Experience Chat, joined an experience while it was disabled, signed out, re-enabled it, and created a fresh login/session.
- Previously completed both facial age checking and government ID verification as 21+.
- Completely reset the account’s age verification.
- Corrected the account birthday.
- Completed a fresh facial age check, again resulting in 21+.
- Created fresh Roblox sessions after re-verification.
- Tested across Windows 10, Android and Apple devices.
- Tested in every public experience I have tried, with no exceptions found.
- Tested using a different internet connection.
- Fully restarted and reinstalled the Roblox application and cleared application cache where applicable.
None of the above changed the behaviour.
Previous Roblox Support contact
I previously reported this through standard Roblox Support and was instructed to contact the individual experience developer.
I explained that the issue occurs in every public experience I have tested and follows one specific account across multiple devices. Support then declined to assist further and closed the ticket.
The same devices and experiences display Here and Global normally when another eligible account is used, so this is not an issue specific to an individual experience.

System information
Reproduced in the Roblox application on Windows 10 PC, Android phone/tablet and Apple devices. This is not a website-only issue.
Expected behavior
The affected account should display the Here and Global tabs in supported public experiences, as my alternate 21+ age-checked account does on the same device and in the same experience.
Messages from the current server should be available under Here, while messages from other servers should be available under Global.
