The new constraints are a bit messy in the properties window:
Limits, Servo, and Motor don’t have anything to display, but they still show up in the Properties widget. They have the potential to be filled if I enable LimitsEnabled or change the ActuatorType, but while those are set to false and None respectively the Limits, Servo, and Motor categories should be hidden from the Properties list since they have nothing to show.
