Hinge Contraint Issue

Hello everyone, I’m working on car system, all work fine, but actually this problem is making my mind exploding, to make it simple: I want the car to stay in position even in a steep surface, like 45 degrees, actually, I know that to achieve this I have to increase the Torque and I did it, but if I increase it from 500 to 6000 (amount necessery to make the car to stay in position), every time I slow down to 0 mhp/kmh, the chassis starts to swing as you can see in the video below, I tried a lot of things and actually I have two Hinges in front (FL and FR ) and two cylindrical contraints back (RL and RR) but nothing I tried solved this, anyone knows a fix ?
