About Us
Hello, I’m MrDogMusic. Me and 2 others are creating a game on ROBLOX. We are in need of 1 builder/3D modeler to join us and be apart of making this game together. More information on the game and the game style will be happily given if interested. You can find a brief outline of the job description below.
The Team
We currently have 3 members of the team and we are needing 1 more.
We currently have a 3D modeler & GFX artist, programmer and myself, a UI Designer and game designer.
About the Job
We are looking for professional, high quality and active developers. The game’s style is not realistic but not cartoony. It’s a low poly themed game.
The builder will need to be able to build a map and possibly some other, small assets. We need someone who is skillful in their builds and has experience.
You will also need to model things too, preferably on Blender, or other external software.
Please do not apply if you’re just starting out or are looking for practice work.
We expect our developers to have good communication skills , in English, respect to each member of the team, and to be active and determined in developing.
A good example of the build style would be the Skyblock game on Roblox.
Payment
Regarding payment, we are issuing all the developers with a percentage share of the group earnings. The split between devs will be in the following ranges:
Builder/Modeler = 12-20%
UI/Game Designer = 20-25%
Programmer = 30-40%
GFX Designer = 8-10%
Rest = back to group for future
These percentages may be subject to change depending on the quality and effort produced.
They’re up for negotiations.
