Hello! I’m NoobFragged with NoobFragged Games, a new and small game development studio. I’m looking for freelance scripters who are willing to join our team and work with us on various games.
## About The Job
The particular gig I’m hiring for right now involves scripting for an upcoming game I’m hoping to see to launch in my lifetime. The work I need help with is mostly adding features, seeing that they are properly integrated into all scripts and GUI improvements (including the scripting of the GUI).
There are several features that are partially implemented that need to be changed and some pretty major GUI changes that need to happen. In addition to that, there are assets that I need help integrating as well. This game is probably 90% scripted already and is a functioning/playable game.
##Requirements
The game system is very complex in nature and changes you will be asked to make are likely to also be complicated.
- This job requires a scripter with advanced scripting knowledge, a capacity to work in complex games linking many module scripts, and using OOP.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and work with code written by others.
- This is a long time project and therefore requires that even though it is piece work you be prepared to see the entire job through to completion.
- Time! As your work may hold up the work of others I require someone for this job that has consistent time availability for the duration of the project.
- The ability to communicate clearly, frequently, and using accurately worded English which will be both to communicate that you understand tasks assigned to you as well as to provide updates on progress.
- I prefer applicants that are 18 years and older but will consider strong candidates 16+
##Agreement
All work performed for this job must be exclusive work that I hold any and all rights to. The work produced from this job will be the sole exclusive property of NoobFragged Games and an NDA will be required. No advertisements, work references, or any other use or sale of the work you perform for us will be permitted.
## Budget
For the right applicant, capable of completing all of the work necessary I am willing to outlay a work plan with a budget of $1,000.00 to complete this job, possibly more depending on the skill level and abilities of the scripter. That is not for a single job however, it will be broken into several smaller pieces and I will pay per piece upon completion of that task.
## Payment
Payment will vary per asset but is something we will discuss before each piece of work. My preferred payment method is PayPal but I can also pay via Group Funds. Jobs are priced in USD however can be paid in Robux at the appropriate purchase rate.
