About The Job
We are looking for 2 long term 3d modelers. The project estimation of completion is approximately early 2021. As one of the 2 3d modelers you and your partner, and the Lead Builder in some aspects, will be tasked with creating all the assets for the game. Given the fact that release is far away, deadlines will be spread apart within reason and lenient. The main theme of the building is military and futuristic (similar to Halo). Since it will be a team of 2 modelers, you are expected to model the asset and use UV mapping or Texturing. You are expected to do half of the work, while your partner is to do the other half.
Requirements
- Experienced in 3D modeling in Blender
- Experienced in UV mapping or texturing
- Good time management
- Ability to work and communicate with the team.
Payment
For payment, we will be offering 7% of all profits made, with stipulations on early termination or resignation, from the game they’re working on. If expectations are exceeded, the percentage may increase up to 10%. If the entire project is completed and after release, you are not happy with the amount of profit coming in, you will be eligible for a payout of your percentage for 100k-300k (depending on how much you have already received).
