We are not looking for the best builder for 5,000 we are just looking for good decent builder basically someone who can make a streets game or a hood type game style. Also you can use free textures in the toolbox but not too much so it didn’t look like free models but I want the sky gray and cloudly basically streets type game. Please don’t copy too much and don’t over do it with the free textures.
