What we need?
A low poly terrain that is medium size, in the summer more will be discuss in dms (CAFE), you will have to be a mesher to do the trees.
-No free models at all

I think it would help if you clarified the map size you want to be built.

The value medium can vary depending on the builder who is building what is being asked of them, perhaps give a rough estimate in studs? 10x10, 770x770, 800x500 studs for example.
