[HIRING] Asset Creator (Modeler) and Texturer

Hi there!
My name is Tobonyko, and our team is looking for a 3d modeler/asset designer/texturer to join our team for our current project!

Overview
Our team is creating a traditional Japanese city and Teahouse based around both traditional Geisha service, as well as rogue Samurai.

We need an asset creator who is capable of creating what is needed for the builders. For example, a builder may request a hay wall (called a takegaki). Or, they may request a lamp-post. Etc etc. We also have a large assortment of flora that we need for the game.

Your job will be to create the assets that the builders need, so that we don’t have to spend more time off of their building so that they can create the assets.

Requirements
We need an individual that is comfortable both with a 3d modeling software, as well as substance painter (or any other texturing software).

I left 3d modeling software vague as I know a lot of individuals that use Maya instead of Blender.

You must also be capable of hand-painting your textures. Roblox textures are usually fine for simple things, but there will be times where we require you to make your own textures.

You also must be capable of creating assets that are as low poly as possible. We are focused on optimization, meaning we don’t want to be in a position where one of the assets is outrageously high poly.
