I will just give some advice, as a clothing designer myself.
Hiring someone to work for you, having them do all the work, and then you essentially taking the cut, when it comes to a group that has no foothold in that area of expertise in the first place makes no sense for a clothing designer. You’re going to be hard-pressed to find anyone accepting for this deal.
From the way it’s sounding from other posts, you guys are lacking funding to put on a passion project you wanna do. So, when you say Payment is Negotiable, I’m having a hard time visualizing what you mean by payment. Saying that you’ll give 30% of the earnings of clothes to the creator doesn’t mesh well in the grand-scheme of things though, when considering Roblox takes 30% off the top already.
For easy math, let’s say you sold 1000 R$ worth of clothes. The group receives only 700 R$, and then from that 700 R$, the creator of the clothes is paid 210 R$, while you keep 490 R$ simply for making sure they keep on task. You do nothing, they do everything, and yet you net more than double of what they make.
Unless you get lucky, you’re not going to make 1000 R$ a week on clothes. I make racing suits, and have that market pretty well locked in. (It’s not a very big market, notably, but also little to no competition.) I only make around 300 R$ a week doing that. If you try to compete in the bigger markets of just generic clothes, if your clothes pick up traction & start selling, a bot will scoop it up and spam it all over the place, which means you’re inevitably going to lose out on the potential profit there from anyone buying it from the bot.
Honestly, all of this hassle, and you’re likely to make so little that it’s not worth it. You’d be better off spending $10 on a Roblox card, using that to buy 1000 R$, and then trying to trade up with limiteds, then sell, and then use that money to fund things you wanna do. (Although you’ll really have to work at it, and be diligent & intelligent with trades to make a profit. If you start at 1,000 R$ invested, you only break even on the selling at 1430.)
