What Does a Commission Scout Do?

Identify Leads: Monitor DevForum “Hiring” posts, Twitter #RobloxDev tags, and Discord “Inquiry” channels for studios or creators looking for high-quality work.

Bridge the Gap: Reach out to potential clients and introduce them to Toybox Entertainment’s specialized services.

Submit the Lead: Bring the client to our Discord hub and open a “Scout Ticket.”

Close the Deal: Our management team handles the negotiations and technical details. Once the project is paid for, you get your cut!

You will get a Scouting role in the Server and we will monitor your progress and give you detailed instructions on what to do to help you understand what we need.

Your primary responsibility is to identify clients that are looking for 3d or 2d models, VFX’s, Map Designs, R6/R15 Anims and Custom Animation etc make sure to contact people who may be interesting for our Commission Services.

Payment
Real Earning Potential
We operate via USD and Robux on a 3-15% commission for every closed deal you facilitate.
- Example: You connect a studio looking for a custom vehicles valued at $1,500 and that deal gets closed, your cut would be $150 USD for simply making the introduction.
- Example: You find a client for $500, your cut is $50 USD.
