About The Job
We are looking for a professional builder to join our team as our lead content artist. We expect high quality builds that adhere to our game’s style. Good communication skills are appreciated; we check team progress daily and want to maintain a healthy relationship with one another.
Our game needs at least 30 new assets completed by the end of this month. We expect each asset will take between 1-2 hours.
Payment
This will depend on our group funds, you will be paid 2500 each asset if we gain enough group funds, if we will not, I will try my best to pay you some time.
If you’re just looking for a scripter and builder, just say it instead of “developpers”. You’ll get more of the kind of people you want to click on your post
The payment seems a bit iffy. I would suggest getting a backup payment in case the project flops, and therefore isn’t unfair to the developers. I am a scripter, and I would have applied if there was more guarantee of a payment, as you say “I will try my best to pay you some time”, which doesn’t exactly guarantee any payment of any sort, and we may not profit.
