Hiring every type of developer for an SCPF group! 30,000+ For certain developers! [Robux]

Hiring developers for an upcoming group

About Us

Hello developers!
I’ve recently come into contact with one of my friends and we’re in the mist of creating an SCPF group which revolves around a roleplay site and other future games that will be added to the group as we continue to grow.
The current project is private and only select people are currently being invited to help out test and dedicate their time to it. So far around 30 people have been invited and all have accepted aside from a couple few.
We’re currently looking for a dedicated development team which will be paid in hefty amounts as well, we’ll be sparing no expenses for development in terms of UI design and Graphics. Our current budget in terms of development is looking to expand as well in the overall funding of the project. As much as a good amount of funds have been acquired, investors and such are still open as we would like to begin with as much as possible.
Our current development budget is able to extend to around 30,000 maximum or perhaps even more in the future as we continue growing. Prices can be discussed as some other sources may be hired for even higher then the current budget. We will be paying all developers more in the future as well, as this is a long term project for most people and is expected to be treated with the utmost as professionalism possible.
Marketing plans are already set in motion as we’re creating the main site at the current moment alongside the Roleplay site and the other projects which will be added in order to have a third source of revenue in case of any possible failures.
All developers are welcome and inspired to apply.

About The Job

We are looking for more scripters and GFX artists in order to fullfill everything that is required, any type of development is currently being accepted and standards are being set at high expectations. Our payment as said previously can range between 10,000-30,000 per developer or even more if you do an exceptional job.
Professionalism is required in public sources such as announcements to the community, but not much when dealing with friendly conversations

We cannot give out any building style due to the secrecy of the project, but you’ll be expected to work in a realistic type way.

Our game requires hallways and props to be made for them, containment room and spawn rooms. Same with several other opportunities which can be discussed at a later date. You’ll be paid once you finish those jobs as our expectations are currently high and we cannot waste any money on something that isn’t worth while

Payment

As said previously, our payment ranges depending on the work you do. But our limit is set at around 30,000 per developer. Unless the set developer is able to go overboard.
Percentage cuts can be given out too, but these will be low since the game is expected to be making a daily 60,000 or more once the sponsor-ships and advertisements are set out.
Payment also varies depending on the job, as not everyone will be getting paid equally, as some people will be doing more then others.

Is discord a requirement for the GFX Designer job?

Don’t quote me on this, but most commissions and jobs require you to have discord.

Well, you would have to send the GFX right? How would you do it if you don’t have discord? I mean there are a lot of other ways but discord is the most efficient.

How much work (in hours) do you expect there to be per developer?

You say 10,000 - 30,000 R$ per developer, the minimum wage is $7.25 in the USA or £7.70 in UK ($9.95)

10,000 R$ is $35 so for an American developer you would be looking at ~ 4.5 - 5 hours
For a British developer, you would be looking at ~ 3 - 3.5 hours

20,000 R$ is $70 so for an American developer you would be looking at ~ 10 hours
For a British developer, you would be looking at ~ 7 hours

30,000 R$ is $105 so for an American developer you would be looking at ~ 14.5 hours
For a British developer, you would be looking at ~ 10 hours

Wages are different and so is the exchange forum, Roblox developers don’t have to follow the minimum wage as this isn’t a real life job. It depends on the time and effort you put into it.
For most projects half of the stuff we’re doing is still being reviewed constantly and not for public access due to people out there who steal ideas.
We’re able to do long terms as well and have it become an actual job for certain developers, but this would mean only professionals would be accepted in.
The work you put into it will only take around 4-6 hours, but there are some others who may have to put more effort into it.
In the end it depends on the -

  • quality of work
  • effort put into it
  • and if the final result was good or bad

I understand that Roblox developers don’t have a minimum wage and is very different to a normal job and that people need to grow their portfolio, however why do 50 hours of work when I can earn the same in 10 hours?

By saying this I or most dev’s don’t expect to be payed a lot however if you are looking at 100+ hours per developer when you could earn the same in 10 hours of minimum wage work is it worth it? I was more of asking what roughly the hours would be, I don’t mind being paid just under min wage but not stupidly low, and this is for a more demanding job than say working in a store, I by no means am saying it is a bad job but compared to programing is fairly easy and less intensive.

I understand your point and may agree to it to some extent however some people aren’t interested in being payed minimum wage depending on their country as much as a certain base amount they are guaranteed, however I respect your opinion and of course you’re entitled to it.

I don’t want to mean to be condescending to the job offer however, all I was doing is pointing out roughly how much work could be expected of the developers and I understand how a base amount could be a nice security net for some who may need it.
