Overview:
Skateland is a new skateboard roleplaying game that is in still in development and is available for those who wish to purchase access to play it early. We’re looking for individuals interested in volunteering as community managers that will be in charge of managing community events like tournaments.
You will work with a team of fellow community managers that will maintain an active and engaged discord server community for the game. If your contributions to the games community makes an impact on growth and engagement you will be promoted to higher community management roles.
Individuals who are hired as community managers and fail to perform to reasonable expectations will ultimately be replaced. Community managers are not game moderators. They are discord moderators and work to grow the community.
Requirements:
- 13+
- Must have experience with setting up, managing and moderating active discord server communities
- Must be able to recommend new strategies on how to grow the community
- Must be able to come up with ideas for community events
- Must be able to organize and manage community events
- Must be able to work with others as a team
- Voice chat capability is recommended but not required
