Hi there! My name is Oli and I’m 20 years old. I am studying software engineering at university and first played roblox way back in 2009. I’ve decided it would be awesome to come back to this platform and learn lua properly and see what I can do in the way of making a game. I have worked on roblox projects before but it was a good few years ago now.

About The Job
I am essentially looking to put together a hard working and talented development team to work with me on a game. But am looking for people who want to try and seriously build up a good development studio and move forward into making many more games in the future. I have a few game ideas myself but if you think you have an amazing idea for a game though and want to join a team to create that idea feel free to let me know what you have in mind.
As you can probably tell nothing has been started yet and actual development will probably not start until the new year.
Payment
I am currently looking into how to create legal contracts online for people who are serious about joining the team. I am happy to pay in robux or USD. Unfortunately I live in NZ so my options for sending USD are limited to bank transfer and paypal only (unless you know some other way). I will be making agreements with team members individually to decide how much you will be paid, but will try and keep the pay consistent with hours worked for each member. As well as payment for your work I’ll offer a % of game revenue.
In terms of budget:
I have looked at the USA minimum wage which is 7.25usd/hour. So will be looking to offer at least that much. Keep in mind that I’ll need to pay a reasonable sum for advertising the initial release of the game. Hardworking team members will obviously receive better offers in terms of pay for future games and better offers for a share in revenue.

P.S. I realise this is a very vague post at this point but am just seeing what interest I can get in this sort of development rather than just hiring people for single models etc.
