So, hello there! We are NGD,
a fairly new development group. We currently have 2 games released which are,

We are actively working on these projects however we also have a new one planned which we think will result in a very good game.
That’s why we are hiring new developers today, these developers will help us make this game really nice to play.
About Me
You might want to know who is managing this project first, so this part is for me to introduce myself. I’m Aerodymier, project manager and also scripter for NGD. I was the head scripter 2 weeks ago, I still have that position but I’m now also the project manager. About The Job
We are hiring one animator, one terrain builder and one modeler but they need to have these skills:
Animator: Ability to animate skinned meshes
Modeler: Ability to model monsters and animals with 3D modeling softwares like Blender, Cinema 4D or others.
Terrain builder: Must be experienced and have good skills with Roblox Studio terrain tool. Found someone
Additionally, all developers must;
- have at least 1 year of experience,
- have a showcase of their work or a portfolio,
- be at least 13 years old or older,
- have good communication skills,
- have a good understanding of English,
- use Discord,
- act mature.
We are hiring these developers so you’ll be invited to our developer server. Also leaving the team without notifying anyone will result in a blacklist from the group.
Payment
Terrain builder will be long term and they’ll get 4-5K robux per week.
Animator will work with a commission system (they will be in the team but instead of a weekly payment, they will get paid per asset) and they’ll get 800 Robux per animation.
Modeler will be similar with animator but they’ll get 1-3K per model.
These will depend on the complexity of course, we won’t pay 1K for a bush for example.

You can contact us here on the Developer Forum. PM me with showcase of your work/portfolio and you can also ask questions there if you have any. If you get accepted, you’ll get invited to our Discord server and that’s how we will communicate.
Once you get accepted, you’ll first need to do a small commission for us which you’ll get paid for, and then if we are comfortable with adding you to team, you’ll be in!
