About The Job
We are looking for a high quality builder to complete a hotel for our group. We are working on a quick timeline so said builder must be able to work swiftly and diligently. The builder must be able to build modern.
Checklist
- Modern Luxurious Lobby w/ Reception
- 5-star built-in restaurant with inside and outside dining
- Gym
- Outside pool and courtyard
- 30 Standard Suites
- 10 Premium Suites with 2 beds, a bathroom, a living space, and mini-kitchen
- 2 Penthouse Suits with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living space, kitchen, and dining area
Our group needs a new hotel before the end of the month. You must have a clear schedule and work when you must in order to stay on our timeline.
Payment
We are paying up to 100 USD for the build. The price will be discussed according to your skills.
