I think a 1:1 scripter would be a good idea, but its good to start off on your own. I think you should watch the beginner series, then hire people 1:1. If you don’t like that, then you can completely disregard my message.

Yeah, AlvinBlox is also an extremely good source if you are a beginner. If you are trying to learn certain things, watching alvinblox will improve your skills.
