Looking for Modelers and Animators
Hey developers, I am looking for Modelers and Animators for a up coming sword fighting/action gladiator game.

What we are working on
We are working on a roman style gladiator fighting game, with smooth assets. The assets mustn’t be modern in a way, but more in the roman fighting style. We suggest looking at some gladiator fighting, their armor, swords, how they move.
Requirements
[1] - At least 2yr experience+. This tells us you are able to do a job with a ease and a impressive outcome, efficiently.
[2] - Must have experience with working with other people. This tells us you are able to work with us and other modelers and animators.
[3] - You must be over 13. This tells us you are mature and take tasks seriously.
Availability
You must at least be available for over 8hrs+ a day. This helps us get things done quickly. Due to me not wanting to rush my colleagues there is no release date, but you are expected to finish tasks quickly.
Payment
Animator - 15% (If you feel you deserve more, feel free to negotiate with me.) [ALL REVENUE]
Modeler - 20% (If you feel you deserve more, feel free to negotiate with me.) [ALL REVENUE]
Time Taken
Animators are expected to finish an asset in under 2-3hrs. Bigger animations are allowed 5hrs.
Modelers are expected to finish an asset in under 5hrs. Bigger models are allowed 7hrs.
You must at least finish two assets each day, if you have a valid reason not to then you can be excused

Final Details
Inactive Persons will be fired immediately. If you do not respond to any DM’s or haven’t completed an asset within 2 days, your work will be binned (deleted), and you will be fired. This can be avoided by giving me a valid reason beforehand.
If you work well, you are allowed breaks for a maximum of 1d. If you feel you are getting tired, contacting me is advised, as you are allowed breaks, that is not a problem.
If you leave the team, we will not steal your assets, we will delete them.
You will have your own personal baseplate/studio to work on, if trusted enough you will be given studio access to the main game.
