About Us
Hi there! We are Pioneer Studios, an new upcoming game development team currently with 2 projects, “Chernobyl NPP” and “Bunny Simulator 3”, which has just released in Pioneer Studios. (Chernobyl has 55k visits - We moved it to the group game though)
We are also going to be working on multiple different projects so you’ll be assigned to a project that suits you best.

About The Job
Currently, we’re in search of someone who is experienced in making thumbnails and icons for our projects coming to Roblox! We want someone who can fit the eerie 3d render style that we are pushing for, but we have a set idea for what that would look like. We also want someone who is good with deadlines, as well as communication with others on the team! We will be checking in weekly on progress from each developer, so keep that in mind! We also need builders and scripters who are able to work full-time and complete tasks. (Discord is required) We’re also looking for clothing designers!
Our projects will need thumbnails and icons.
Payment
All of us are currently working by percentage in-game revenue (currently around 15-20%) but we can probably negotiate that upon completion of the game. That being said If you’re just looking to make a quick few bucks this project isn’t for you. (We’ve launched today and have made over 16k)
