About The Project 
Firstly, thank you for clicking on this post. Make sure to read to the end to receive all relevant information. This game is a transport game where players will be able to create their own transport company. They can fully customise: which vehicles they use, the colours of their vehicles, the company logo and the routes travelled and which vehicles travel them as they work their way up and up earning more money and better vehicles.

You can see that I have only included a few devs. That’s because as the game is small I want to include as little devs as possible which makes it more attractive as more money can go into advertising and make money to re-invest into the game.
About The Job 
I am looking for hard working and dedicated developers who can work often and help create a stunning and fluid game. Please read the following to see our developer requirements:
Candidates Must Have:
- Must have at least 1 year experience in their field
- Must have discord
- Must be above the age of 13
- Must be active and willing to work hard
- Must be able to work on percentage pay
Candidates Could Have:
- A experience with transport games
- A interest in aircraft, trains and cars/vans.
- Experience working on other games which have been successful
Payment & Task Information 
We are paying in percentage as pay initially because of a lack of investment and funds. Find below the appropriate payment for each role and the expected things that you will be doing:
Builder
Payment - 20%
Expect to be building roads which cover all across the map and a range of buildings for example ports, airports, heliports, houses and much more. The builder will have the most to do therefore they get the one of the highest percentages.
3D Modeler
Payment - 20%
Expect to be creating all of the models of the vehicles so: vans, trucks, aircraft, buses, ships and more.
UI
Payment - 20%
The UI creator will be expected to create all of the games UIs. Because there will be a lot of UIs this member of the team will be receiving as much as the builder as this is a key role with lots of work to do. Some of the UIs they will have to create it main menu, pop ups, manager menu, vehicle UIs and much more.
