[HIRING] QA Testers

Dance World QA Tester Applications Are Now Open

Are you interested in helping improve Dance World, getting early access to upcoming updates, and directly contributing to the quality of the game?

We are currently looking for QA Testers to join the Dance World development team.

As a QA Tester, you will work closely with the development team to test new features, systems, updates, and changes before they are released to the public. Your feedback will help us identify bugs, improve existing features, and make sure each update meets the quality standards we want for Dance World.

What does a QA Tester do?

QA Testers may be responsible for:

  • Testing upcoming updates before their public release
  • Finding and accurately reporting bugs, glitches, and other issues
  • Reproducing reported bugs to help developers identify their cause
  • Testing new features, UI, gameplay systems, and other changes
  • Providing clear and constructive feedback
  • Participating in organized testing sessions when needed
  • Re-testing issues after fixes have been implemented
  • Helping identify areas of the game that could be improved

QA Testers may also receive access to development builds, unreleased content, or other information that has not yet been made public. Because of this, testers are expected to act professionally and keep unreleased information confidential when requested.

Who can apply?

Applications are open to any member of the Dance World community.

Previous QA, Roblox development, bug testing, or similar experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are mainly looking for people who are reliable, detail-oriented, able to communicate clearly, and genuinely interested in helping improve the game.

You do not need to be a developer to apply.

Is this a paid position?

Yes. Compensation is available for this position.

Specific payment details, expectations, workload, and responsibilities will be discussed individually during the application process.

What are we looking for?

Strong candidates will generally be:

  • Active and reliable
  • Able to follow testing instructions
  • Good at noticing small details and inconsistencies
  • Comfortable explaining how an issue occurred
  • Able to provide useful feedback beyond simply saying something is broken
  • Professional when working with developers and other testers
  • Willing to test features multiple times when necessary
  • Respectful of confidential or unreleased information

Interested in applying?

If you would like to apply or learn more about the position, please contact @han.d or send me a direct message.

We are excited to bring more members of the community into the development process and give players an opportunity to have a real impact on the future of Dance World.
