We are looking for a scripter and a leading developer, because I do not have enough time to be with the team, who are passionate, do not do their job for robux or for fame, if not for being your passion.
Payment
Because we are just starting, I do not have enough money to make payments, which is unfortunate, I will be paying in part, R $ 10K per week, but that will be when the game comes to generate profits.
I personally believe you could find the most passionate scripter in the world.. Yet he’d still want something for his time.. You’re asking someone to script and lead your development team and not get paid unless the game starts making robux.. And if the game takes off and it makes a fair amount.. Only 10k a week at that..
Definitely would rethink some things if I were you.
Awful payment, 10k a week equates to ~ 35$ say you work 10 hours a week thats 3.50$ an hour which is about a third of the national minimum wage in England not to mention the fact builders require extensive skills. Secondly there is no down payment, if the game fails down to you or another team member the builder makes nothing, do you really expect anyone to take that risk, especially when the payment is so bad?
