If you can’t pay then I highly suggest offering a percentage as most Scripters aren’t going to be interested in ranks and in game perks.

I am strongly against what you said. Not all the devs are looking for payment from a project. Some of them are working for fun and/or experience.

I didn’t say “all”, I simply said “most Scripters aren’t going to be interested in ranks and in game perks”. I said most because I know some out there will be willing to contribute/work for free. But there’s not that many people who would be willing to do that, plus I feel even beginners would at least ask for a percentage.
I’m giving many perks and rank instead , I don’t think everyone works for payment…they could help me out…
