Normally, positions that you have to interview for are paid. What are you doing that is different that would make me want to apply here, if I am not getting paid?

Well,
I am not very sure how to answer this one.
But. Picking The Hendar Team over others, could help you out if you’re looking for a small career job on Roblox, we can help teach moderation skills if you don’t have many, if you like to build we can help you with small tutorials, many things.

Honestly I have no context for why others should pick this over other community’s.

Actually, no, 99% of the time staff and management are not paid. I do not think I have ever heard of an instance in which a group paid staff members, as many people would love to volunteer. Only developers tend to be paid.

I am very interested in this, I will send you a Discord message since I decided to leave the Papers Moderation, I am just looking for a positive energy place (not like Papers Please when my bosses were just sceaming at each other and accusing me with small random things). I have a lot of expirience in moderation.

Note!

Moderator positions are closed after we got over 7 - 8. Interns, Administrators and Creative Dept positions are now open!

edit: I meant to say Moderator positions closed after we got over 7 - 8 Moderators. Interns, Administrators, and Creative Dept positions are still open!

I am interested in being a Moderator for this group. I have some past experience moderating small groups (20+ members, keep in mind most people were very active.) I have sent you a friend request on Discord. (Pancake#6519)

May be interested in Creative/Administrative Department, sent you a friend request on Discord NicholasY#4815

Firstly, @iiZescah Should first build a big community for people to work at his community for free. Secondly, I recently saw a listing by red manta studio that was looking for a community manager for 1000 USD. You either ask your community or if you come to the devforum you post it as a job listing that means you are looking for experienced and proffessional individuals who would ofc need pay.

Alrighty, thanks @EggYolked for the information.
FYI, the server actually got quite large after hiring over 8 Moderators, 2 Interns, one Creative Department member. And counting our concurrent members before all the staff came along, we now have 22 members.

Thanks for the information though!
We’re still hiring, Interns, Creative Department!

I do not think I have to mention that having paid positions is a must in such a small community as @EggYolked mentioned. I would recommend considering expanding the community base before hiring close to ten staff members as it seems. Having more than 1/4 of your community being staff is not a good proportion and efficient.

Please reserve the collaboration category for development-related positions. Do not request for community-related positions especially when unpaid, this is not appropriate.
