Honuki is a Hawaiian-inspired restaurant on Roblox, we are aiming to go beyond excellence and make something extremely revolutionary for the role-playing community on this platform. Our employees are qualified to be in their occupation, with this, they are here to leave our customers shook by their experience. A visit to Honuki is guaranteed to impress.
📜 Code of Conduct
Clothing
Clothing must be worn at all times, you must also wear things that are child friendly, we do not want certain areas of the body to be displayed and/or exposed. Failure to wear correct clothes will turn to a ban and then a permanent ban very quickly. If you’re a staff member who is dressed inappropriately, your rank will be removed, along with this, you will be banned from the training center.
Spamming
Spamming the chat with the same message or similar messages at least 4 times isn’t allowed. If you’re caught spamming, you will be banned from the server that you’re in and it will keep repeating that way. If you’re a staff member who is spamming, your rank will be removed, along with this, you will be banned from the training center.
Trolling
Trolling is very serious and can have an effect on someone mental health, we want our community to be safe and enjoyable so if you are trolling, you will be permanently banned. If you’re a staff member who is trolling, your rank will be removed, along with this, you will be banned from the training center.
Exploiting
Exploiting isn’t allowed, this can look like flying, teleporting, no clipping, and spamming the chat at a rapid pace. There are also other types of exploits. If you’re a staff member who is exploiting, your rank will be removed, along with this, you will be banned from the training center.
📄 Ban Appeals
In order to get your ban removed, you must have a valid reason for it to be revoked. There are also certain requirements that you must apply to so you can appeal your ban. To appeal for your ban, please contact a member of the Communications Department. You can find them in the Discord Server.
Requirements
- Must have been banned for at least 24 hours.
- Must be sorry and must not do it again.
- The ban must be appeal-able, it will be denied if it isn’t.
When DMing a member of Communications, you must put all of the information below in their DMs.
- Roblox Username.
- Reasoning for ban.
- Date of ban, if you cannot figure it out, please put N/A.
- If you were to change, how would you?
- Do you believe it takes up to 24 hours for your request to be approved?
If your appeal does get denied, you must wait at least 2 weeks (14 days) before attempting to appeal again.
🤝 Affiliation Information
We have a set of requirements and guidelines that you must follow when requests an alliance with us. Below are the guidelines and requirements you must follow in order to ally with us:
- You must have at least 50+ non-botted group members.
- You must have at least 25+ non-botted Discord members.
- Your community must have a good background with other alliances.
- Your community must be friendly and must be inside the Roblox role playing community.
- Your community must be active and willing to post any affiliate announcements for us, we will do the same.
- You need to provide us at least 2 affiliates who are willing to take the Honuki Affiliate rank, they must be inside the Public Relations department of your group.
If you wish to ally with us, please contact me on Discord. Eventually, the Communications Lead shall handle affiliations, but currently I will. My Discord tag is Soll#3333, I will get back to you within 24 hours.
📌 Rank Directory
Islander: Someone who has just joined the group and roleplays as a Customer. Is required to take an application and then attend a training to become Staff.
Noted Islander: Someone who is a huge contribute to our community, former developers, hard working individuals and so much more! Can only unlock this rank if given by a Leadership Team member.
Honuki Affiliate: Given by the Communications Lead when two representatives have been selected by an affiliated group to represent their community for us.
Trainee: Unfortunately, they cannot work at the restaurant until they have attended a training by someone who has a Training License.
Novice Chef: An official worker at the restaurant and is able to cook and serve guests. They have recently gained this occupation and have the needed knowledge to work as this position. They must show activity and hard work to rise through our ranks.
Skilled Chef: An official worker at the restaurant and is able to cook and serve guests. They are more advanced and are prepared to take on any tasks that come their way in the kitchen. They must show activity and hard work to rise through our ranks.
Master Chef: An official worker at the restaurant and is able to cook and serve guests. They are the top chef here at Honuki, they are one step from becoming a Kitchen Leader. They must show activity and hard work to rise through our ranks.
Kitchen Leader: An official worker at the restaurant and is able to cook and serve guests. They direct the kitchen, there are certain requirements to gain this rank, please read the handbook more to find them out. If they prove that they’re hard workers, they have the opportunity to advance to an Island Trainer.
Island Trainer: This is the first MR rank here at Honuki, Island Trainers must complete a 3 day internship to gain the Training License which will then allow them to train. Usually, they’re supposed to assist and supervise the restaurant.
Supervisor: Supervisors have the Training License, this allows them to train people at training sessions. Supervisors are here to supervise and assist the restaurant.
Assistant Manager: Assistant Managers have the Training License, this allows them to train people at training sessions. Assistant Managers are here to supervise and assist the restaurant, they also are one step below General Managers. Therefore, they assist them.
General Manager: General Managers have the Training License and the Hosting License, this allows them to train people at training sessions, host training sessions, and host shifts. General Managers are here to supervise, assist the restaurant and moderate the Discord server. In trainings, they are expected to rank people up.
Corporate Assistant: This is the first HR rank here at Honuki, they are assigned departments and do have the opportunity to switch if they want to do so. They have the Training License and the Hosting License, this allows them to train people at training sessions, host training sessions, and host shifts. Depending on their department, they can also host events. Usually, HRs oversee trainings rather than hosting them.
Corporate Officer: Corporate Officers have the Training License and the Hosting License, this allows them to train people at training sessions, host training sessions, and host shifts. Depending on their department, they can also host events. They are also assistant lead’s to their department, this means they can help with department management.
Staffing Lead: Staffing Leads have the Training License and the Hosting License, this allows them to train people at training sessions, host training sessions, and host shifts. They co-ordinate the Staffing department, they cannot work for Communications.
Communications Lead: Communications Leads have the Training License and the Hosting License, this allows them to train people at training sessions, host training sessions, and host shifts. They co-ordinate the Communications department, they cannot work for Staffing.
Architect: Architects are apart of the Asset Team, their job is to develop the game. They cannot help with department relations and administrative matters.
Presidential Assistant: Presidential Assistants assist the Leadership Team, they are here to oversee departments and help organize things.
Vice President: Co Owner of Honuki, they oversee all departments and operations. The Vice President pursues to maintain the current standards of the group and helps it progress.

🍍 Promotion Guide
Kitchen Leader: To gain the Kitchen Leader rank, you must be spotted by a General Manager+ showing that you’re a hard worker and that you’re dedicated to the community. This rank is an eligibility rank, this means that there are certain requirements to gain it. When you have this rank, it shows that you are eligible to unlock the Island Trainer rank.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 13 years old.
- Must be inside our Discord Server.
- Must be a Master Chef.
- Your account age must be at least 14 days old.
- Cannot have safechat on your Roblox account.
Tips:
- Work on average around 20-30 minutes a day.
- Do not act superficial or act as if you can supervise the restaurant.
- Make sure to keep productive and active, we like people who can work quickly and effectively.
- Ensure to keep dedicated, please do not give up. It can take some time but as soon as you achieve Kitchen Leader, you can advance to Island Trainer quickly.
- Utilize the correct English and grammar if you wish to have a higher chance of getting the Kitchen Leader rank.
Island Trainer: To gain the Island Trainer rank, there are two ways to unlock this rank, the second one is more easier. The first one is applications, applications are very rarely, You must be a Kitchen Leader to gain this rank, there are certain steps and requirements that you need to follow to gain this rank.
Requirements:
- Must follow all the Kitchen Leader requirements.
- Must be a Kitchen Leader.
- Must have done at least 25+ minutes each day a few days prior to the promotion.
- Must be fluent in English and must know how to use English grammar correctly when in game.
Tips:
- Work on average around 20-30 minutes a day.
- Do not act superficial or act as if you can supervise the restaurant.
- Make sure to keep productive and active, we like people who can work quickly and effectively.
- Strive for excellence and nobility, we want you to be able to stand out whilst you’re with us!
⭐ Island Premium
Island Premium is something we’ve introduced that allows you to gain certain perks if you cannot boost for us. Purchasing the pass for only a price of 250 Robux will allow you to gain all the perks below.
- Overhead star in game.
- Golden name in game.
- Private lounge access.
- Special discord role that displays a star next to your name.
- Special discord channel where you can talk with other premium members and staff members.
For the discord perks, you must be inside of our discord server. Once in there, please either verify or say /getrole to claim your role.
💼 Training Sessions
Sessions are hosted daily here at Honuki, currently, there is one in the morning and two in the evening. This will adjust when we gain more members. The training times go for all days of the week. (Sunday - Saturday)

Training times can vary or maybe even be cancelled, this depends on availability of staff members who can host these.
🍉 Low Ranks
Applications
In order to gain an occupation here or if you wish to progress here, you must apply through our application system. You can find our application system in the restaurant game itself, it will be located on the left side of your screen. In there, you will find 6 questions, you must get at least 4 of them correct in order to pass. If you pass, you shall be ranked, make sure to screenshot your passing message just in case you don’t get ranked. If you haven’t been ranked within 5 minutes, please contact a Corporate Assistant+ to rank you. Once you’ve been ranked, you will need to attend a training to become a Novice Chef, training times can be found in the Training Sessions part of the handbook.
Professionalism
Being professional is a must, we require all staff to be professional. This doesn’t mean using grammar all times, it means being respectful and listening. You can be rightfully demoted by a General Manager+ if they believe you aren’t being professional.
