The first post on the URL I have listed has a link to:
When this was clicked 50 times it awarded my account a Popular Link Badge, it now has over 300 clicks, but the account has not received a Hot Link Badge (Developer Forum | Roblox). So either the Hot Link Badge description (300 clicks) is incorrect or there is an issue with awarding the badge.
Expected behavior
Issue the Hot Link Badge for that post.
