I was reading the Roblox TOS and I saw that selling your game or group holder ranks is Cleary against TOS. Yet companies like Do Big seem to do it all the time how is this possible?

after taking a look at the tos it seems like this is allowed ( as found in the roblox economy section of the TOS)

Thank you. So does that mean for example you can put up a talent hub post about selling your game. I mean I see people do it all the time but I just want to make sure its 100% allowed

It being allowed doesn’t mean it’s advisable.
For every real purchaser there’s 10 scammers that will just steal from you without paying a dime.
Most of the time they just purchase to end up profiting from it, so you’ll be lowballed.
My advice: only sell if you don’t care anymore. If your game is just a cash grab, and you don’t plan on ever updating it. Just try keeping a percentage. And check 50 times if they’re actually legit. Even then I’d say it’s risky with contracts, so legal help is recommended.

I also recommend forming a contract. As long as you write it well, chances are all scammers will dip and you’ll be able to sell it without any problems!
