How can i animate a rig with a tool and somewhere in the animation pin the tool in place?

    I want to make an Emote animation with a tool, where at one point the sword(which is the tool im making) should be stuck in place.

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    If i try to delete the parent bone(to be able to use the child of constraint in the blender, idk if there is a way but with a parent bone, child of constraint does not work) of the tool bone(which is right hand) blender plugin gives error when i try to export the animation. So i can’t do that and i do not know how i can do it.

  1. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    I tried to use child of constraint in blender(which worked like i wanted) but for that to work the bone needs to have no parent bone. Which is impossible or i can’t think of a way.
