How can I change the lighting in a certain area?

Above is a video showing my camera system I have. When you hover over a TextButton, the camera changes. When I hover over “Play” I have the lighting i want, however, I want it to look darker in the area where the camera for the “Story” Button is. Is there any way to achieve this?

EDIT : Sorry for lag in video, my computer isn’t exactly great at recording things, however I hope its enough to understand what I am trying to do.

if you meant the sky, just make it change time every time you hover over the story button
