How can I create realistic weather?

Weather is great, it makes games look much better. Only problem is, HOW IN THE WORLD DO I MAKE REALISTIC WEATHER??? All mine have ended up horribly so what do yalls think? How can we make more realistic weather? Thanks!

If you are talking about realistic weather changing then i dunno but if you are talking about rain and snow particles then i have a idea. You can use Particle Emitters to make Rain Particles but if you don’t want them to pass throught ceilings then you can make a grid of Particles Emitters and then for every grid cell raycast down to find the lowest point. Then calculate the distance to the point and adjust the particles lifte time based on their speed. If you also want splashes, you can create them using particles flipbook which are just particles but with animation and emit them on the raycasts but with a offset…
