Since I am using Wise to get my DevEx money,
I would just like to get another option other than PHP in my Payment Currency for ACH.

The currency options for ACH are pretty much fixed by what the payment processor supports for that specific method. If Wise is only giving you PHP, you probably won’t see other options in the DevEx portal regardless of your account settings.
