How can i get my reports *actually* read by a person?

so since about the start of last year, theres been a very well known developer whos been abusing the dmca system to get games taken down for as little as a part or spring constraint

me and around 5 other people have all reported him for exactly this about 30+ times total over the last year to nothing and i wanna know how i can actually get a person to read my report regarding an actual crime to do with the dmca system instead of a bot flagging it as an invalid report

cause he really needs to be punished for this and they only way that would happen is if me and like 10 others mass reported him for it which is against tos

please, if you can, tell me a way to actually get this dealt with. cause moderation is just ignoring it even though its regarding a legal issue

it can’t be mass reporting if they actually did that, mass reporting is when a person (or two) make fake accounts to report a specific person for no actual reason.

you and the others are reporting this person for an actual reason.

That’s dev of Plane crazy as far as I know.
Looks like you can’t do anything with roblox.

i was all like “madattak why you do this” until i realized you meant rickje or whatever the name was

yea, rick got given ownership of pc in mid 2023 and i think madattak is no longer associated with it
