How can I include objects in animation

You see these animations everywhere and its where for an instance, you hold out a brief case and when you press an animation plays where you character opens the brief case, so are these animations somehow animated together like tool + player or does series of events happen at right time to make it look like its scripted with the tool together or what

i believe they use KeyframeMarkers

you can add them in the animation editor and then use AnimationTrack:GetMarkerReachedSignal("marker name here") to do whatever
