How can I keep consistent padding?

So I like making UI, and so I’ve been working on some right now, only problem is the padding is off, so far all I’ve done is eyeball it, which isnt going quite well, and using the position property works and all, but if I want something a certain distance from an edge on the y cord, its different on the x cord.

So like what can I do? Is there anything that could help with this?
